📦 Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You’ll receive a notification once your order has shipped.


🚚 Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer the following options:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

  • Free Shipping on U.S. orders over $75

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.


🌎 International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries outside of the U.S. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes (paid by the customer).


📬 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.


🚫 Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted regions.


📍 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, or if it arrives damaged, please email us at HealthyDrK@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue quickly.


📦 Shipping Address Changes
We cannot make changes to shipping addresses once an order has been placed. Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout.
