Eligibility for Returns:
We only accept returns for unopened bottles in their original condition and packaging. Due to safety and quality concerns, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used products.
Return Window:
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please email us at HealthyDrK@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization if your request qualifies.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect.
