Our story begins with Dr. Adam Kirstein, a Family Medicine Resident from Tampa, Florida, now based in Alabama. Equal parts doctor, inventor, and author, Adam’s passion has always been solving real-world problems through science, creativity, and compassion.
From publishing a #5 best-selling teen sci-fi novel to developing the KLOW Score—a neonatal assessment tool used for babies exposed to opioids—Adam’s curiosity has never been confined to a single field. But it was during his residency, treating patients suffering from chronic joint pain and inflammation, that his next breakthrough came to life.
The Birth of TrueMotion™
In 2022, while researching anti-inflammatory treatments for a patient, Adam had a realization. The market was full of joint supplements, but most were underdosed, filled with fluff, or lacking the scientific rigor he knew his patients deserved. That night, over a late cup of coffee and surrounded by his two cats, Boots and Sansa, he began sketching out what would become TrueMotion™—a supplement designed to target pain at its source, support recovery, and keep people moving through life with strength and ease.
He blended proven ingredients like Turmeric, Glucosamine, MSM, Boswellia, and BioPerine®, ensuring optimal synergy, absorption, and transparency—no hidden blends, no gimmicks. Just clean, clinical-grade support backed by research and real-world results.
Over the next year, Adam partnered with top formulators and nutritionists to refine the product in between hospital shifts.
